Michael showed up early—actually early, not “sometime in the window.” He came in ready to work, got right to it, and didn’t waste a second. The whole time he had this calm, dialed-in focus like he already knew he was going to handle whatever came up—like he’d already planned the battle before he even knocked on the door. He went through my entire system top to bottom and didn’t skip a thing. Every component got attention. If there was something even slightly off, Michael found it—no mercy. Hidden issues didn’t stand a chance. The level of detail was honestly impressive—he did not miss. Definitely hire Michael!! He was so kind, friendly, professional and did a great job at servicing our AC. We wanted to make sure everything was good to go for the summer and he cleaned everything up, checked in on everything, and made sure it was good to go for us!
