Michael from Flatirons Heating and Air is one of those rare guys where you immediately realize—you made the right call. Best way I can describe it (if you've seen The Patriot): if Benjamin Martin ran an HVAC company, it would probably look a lot like this. Michael showed up early—actually early, not “sometime in the window.” He came in ready to work, got right to it, and didn’t waste a second. The whole time he had this calm, dialed-in focus like he already knew he was going to handle whatever came up—like he’d already planned the battle before he even knocked on the door. He went through my entire system top to bottom and didn’t skip a thing. Every component got attention. If there was something even slightly off, Michael found it—no mercy. Hidden issues didn’t stand a chance. The level of detail was honestly impressive—he did not miss. It felt less like a service call and more like a full sweep for anything trying to cause problems later. What stands out is how sharp he is. You can tell right away Michael really knows his stuff. Definitely hire Michael!! He was so kind, friendly, professional and did a great job at servicing our AC. We wanted to make sure everything was good to go for the summer and he cleaned everything up, checked in on everything, and made sure it was good to go for us!
