Flatirons Heating & Air is an awesome HVAC company in Northern Colorado. I had at least 12 quotes for a HAVC system for my rental condo. Michael quoted a quality system and informed me of all manufacture and utility rebates that would reduce my overall cost. Without his knowledge of the industry, I would have been forced into a lower quality system or paid higher prices. Flatirons is a newer HAVC comany but the wealth of experience and knowledge from the owner, Michael Moorehead, and lead installer, Guillermo Morales. The install was seamless and the Bryant Furnace/AC system is of top quality. My tenants are super happy with how quiet the system is and the New Furnace smell is just like a new car. Michael worked with the HOA to get approval and had all permits fianlized fast! I recommend Flatirons Heating and Cooling for any and all HVAC needs. I will be signing a maintenace contract with them for my primary residence due to the exceptional customer service, honest integrity, and exceptional value. A#1 in my book!
Michael was absolutely wonderful! His estimate was very fair and much more reasonable than what everyone else quoted us. And even when an unexpected increase in his costs occurred, he still stuck to his original estimate. He’s very hard-working and showed up exactly when he said he would and did everything he promised. It was a lifesaver to be up and running with a hot water heater the very next day after contacting him. We highly recommend him and plan to use them for years to come
